Over the past 18 years, our passionate community of cyclists has raised over €340,000 to support Vets Without Borders Ireland in an unforgettable day of outdoor adventure and impact! Guided Hike – Explore the beauty of the Nire Valley in the Comeragh Mountains. The route distance is 8.5km with gradual 500m total ascent graded moderate. The hike takes up onto Knockanafrinn for a view over Coumduala Lake and down to the gap and over to the Squilogue Lake for lunch with a view of the Sean mban Waterfall.

For anyone wishing to stay overnight a limited number of rooms are reserved at Dungarvan Park Hotel until August 28th.
